I just love the way Michael cares for my piano. He rebuilt it fantastically and every time I play on it right after Michael's tuning and voicing it makes me extremely happy! Thank you Michael and thank you Nicole for such wonderful service, and a highly enjoyable collaboration because you both are such wonderful human beings! Thank you for being so supportive and always so helpful.

Did a fine job of tuning our yamaha upright piano. Also performed some regulation work to soften the tone. They are knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and respond quickly to emails, text and phone messages.

Beautiful piano store that doesn't look much from the outside. Parking available otherwise it's very close to the train station. The store is dedicated to piano. There is also digital/hybrid instrument.Due to COVID, the stock were low. There was no Grotrian on the floor which was one of the reason I came to visit the store.I had a great discussion with Mme Irene who was not afraid to think outside the box to suggest what would fit my needs best. No pressure from her. The visit was too short. That's how it is when you have fun. I showed up without notice (<30min). I recommended that you take an appointement for optimal service and a block of time reserved for you.The store has it's own dedicated shop for refurbishing, preparation... They offer full integrated services to support you in your piano journey. Thank you.

The Piano Boutique is a great organization. TO Live is grateful to have a such a professional team to work with. The hours are long but being able to depend on Michael and his team is reassuring. We’re confident that when we need him and his service he’s there.

Very innovative and professional service for the whole piano!

Great job replacing the casters on our 110 year old upright grand" piano. It weighs half a ton and with the old seized iron casters was impossible to move. The new (double) wheels have ball bearings and easily roll across our new hardwood floors without leaving any marks! The tuning is a 10/10

Michael and his wife are incredibly accommodating. We went there to pick out a Yamaha U3 as a gift and there were 4 available. Michael took his time to play each one for us to record and send it to our friends to help decide. We ended up with a purchase the week after. Great service, highly recommended.
