TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
Visited the bank (@7685 Hurontario St) today. It was a bad experience. The Manager behind the tellers did not have the courtesy to immediately answer my questions, did not want to talk to me, had a lousy client reception, and provided poor customer service. TD indicated that if you have certain account types and specific business with TD, you are classified as a preferred customer, but no one seemed to care at the branch.

Exceptional and Quick Service at the branch !I went in to open business accounts for my firm. Advisor Joshua Sabino was very knowledgeable and quick to open business accounts. Gave me the perfect answers I was looking for. Keep up the good work Joshua.

Absolutely the worst bank. They make all these rules so you can’t touch your own money and they spend it however, they please on investment what they do. Should be criminal bank elsewhere.

I had an extremely unpleasant encounter with the bank staff who displayed rudeness and a lack of interest in resolving my issue. Despite waiting for over 45 minutes, they were unable to verify the authenticity of a bank draft and ultimately, I was forced to arrange a proof of its authenticity. I may consider closing my law firm's bank account with TD and look forward for other options.

This bank is terrible. Ran by some youngins who have no clue what there doing. Maybe very very simple tasks they MIGHT do a good job. Went to get money 3 different times and all 3 times these guys did horrible jobs compared to all the other td banks I go to in brampton.

Would not give even 1 star. I placed my precious metals order on May 3. I called number of times and most of the times call go to vm or they disconnect the call after knowing my issue. Keep saying they are investigating but no other update. Also emailed precious metals and no update from them also. Pathetic.

Go to place if you have a lot of time to waste. Went to the bank as a non-customer and was told by the lady at the front desk that we can wait in line to be assisted. The lady at the counter said SORRY, we cannot really assist non-customers.Wasted 30 minutes for nothing.

Called twice during work hours over a week span, no one to answers the phone. Left messages both times, no one returned my calls.Appeared at the branch, processed what I came for and then asked to speak to the manager, waited 5 minutes while the teller was away “getting” the manager. Total disrespect.I just left.The worst service in any TD branch that I deal with.

From this branch all staff and mangers got bad attitude. The Lady her name is Gurushacrjit very very bad attitude. If I am not wrong this is 2nd time. The first time with one of the Jamaican lady. But after her one Indian lady came there she was with her talking to her with her own language and laughing. Today with me please please some one can take any step for with her. The customer service manager Joey Senarantne need more customer service training.

Chandan Garg from 7685 Hurontario st provided the best customer service. He was very friendly and outgoing. He explained everything well and was very understanding. I Would recommend him for any of ur Financial needs.
