I just love the way Michael cares for my piano. He rebuilt it fantastically and every time I play on it right after Michael's tuning and voicing it makes me extremely happy! Thank you Michael and thank you Nicole for such wonderful service, and a highly enjoyable collaboration because you both are such wonderful human beings! Thank you for being so supportive and always so helpful.

Beautiful piano store that doesn't look much from the outside. Parking available otherwise it's very close to the train station. The store is dedicated to piano. There is also digital/hybrid instrument.Due to COVID, the stock were low. There was no Grotrian on the floor which was one of the reason I came to visit the store.I had a great discussion with Mme Irene who was not afraid to think outside the box to suggest what would fit my needs best. No pressure from her. The visit was too short. That's how it is when you have fun. I showed up without notice (<30min). I recommended that you take an appointement for optimal service and a block of time reserved for you.The store has it's own dedicated shop for refurbishing, preparation... They offer full integrated services to support you in your piano journey. Thank you.

Not only do they have a great collection of fine European makes, their used piano selection is broad and reliable! Piano servicing is extensive, and the technicians are experts. The staff are knowledgable, friendly, and welcoming. Not only did I get a wonderful piano, I also felt well-taken care of by Michael Lipnicki Fine Pianos.

Hands down best customer service I've experienced in a long time from Michael and Irene! My wife and I came in with a lower budget and they treated us like we were there to buy a concert grand. They were incredibly knowledgable and happy to explain and show us the differences that make a good sounding piano. I will return one day to purchase my next piano upgrade.

I am incredibly disappointed in these guys. I am a piano teacher with nearly 60 students. I have sent several students to this shop for pver a decade and helped them sell hundreds of thousands of dollars of pianos. A couple months ago I booked a piano recital. They told me the Capacity was 120 people. As result I have had to tell my students that only parents could come to keep us under the capacity limit. The recital is just over a week from now...Today I recieve an email saying that due to covid their capacity is now inly 60 people and that everyone including vocalists and small children must wear a mask for the 3 hour recital.I am so incredibly disappointed that you would require kids to wear masks when covid is no longer a proble and that you would wait until the last minute to let me know about the capacity change. You should be ashamed.

I visited this store to attend a cello recital for a friend. The host sells pianos at this store. This is no ordinary piano store! You come here to see both ranges of the spectrum of quality- from a beginner to the world's finest concert piano, digital or analog.

Michael was recommended to us by our neighbour, a concert pianist. He was very kind to spend his time & expertise tunning our well overdue piano. And is certainly the best of the best when is comes to the art of piano tuning! We have never had someone so skilled and knowledgeable and we are very grateful for his services! If you are in need of a good piano tuner, I would not look anywhere else :). Thank you!!

A great showroom with well-prepped high quality pianos.I was recently in the market for an upright piano and reached out to Michael Lipnicki's to try out their Zimmerman models. The customer service was friendly and professional. All of the pianos I tried had been prepped to excellent standards, giving me an even playing field when comparing the models. The staff ensured that I had a great experience when looking for a piano at this store. I did not feel pressured at all to purchase one of their pianos.Also, in my (almost) 4 years of attending recitals at this venue, their Fazioli and C. Bechstein concert grands have always been prepped well, resulting in a great experience for all the students and families in my teacher's studio.I would definitely recommend considering Michael Lipnicki's for your piano needs.

Despite the fact that I didn't buy a piano from this store, this is the best piano store I have been to in Alberta. There are a few reasons for this. Firstly, the pianos are not wildly marked up the way they are elsewhere. Everywhere else I would go, the majority of pianos would have price tags showing their original" cost

I had great experiences. They have many used pianos. I really like the warm sounds and touch without hitting the ears.
