The Piano Boutique is a great organization. TO Live is grateful to have a such a professional team to work with. The hours are long but being able to depend on Michael and his team is reassuring. We’re confident that when we need him and his service he’s there.

Michael and his wife are incredibly accommodating. We went there to pick out a Yamaha U3 as a gift and there were 4 available. Michael took his time to play each one for us to record and send it to our friends to help decide. We ended up with a purchase the week after. Great service, highly recommended.

I trusted Michael with my 35 year old childhood piano after it was moved. It hadn’t been touched in over a decade and sounded off so wasn’t sure if it required more than a simple tuning. He was incredibly transparent with his pricing and would be able to do any fixes on the spot (rather than needing to schedule and pay for a separate session). He is very reasonably priced, super friendly and honest, and was able to tune it in just over an hour. It sounds back to it’s old self - would use him again!

I've had a great experience working with Michael and the Boutique. My piano required a significant renovation. Michael was recommended by a pianist; he thoroughly evaluated my piano and pointed out where the problems were. There was great attention to detail throughout the job. My piano is finished, and the sound and touch are tremendous. I would highly recommend this company!

I purchased a Steinway model A2 back in 2015 from the Piano Boutique. The piano was fully restored and plays and sounds beautifully. Michael Ierullo maintained it with tunings twice yearly. He is an excellent tuner and tunes for several concert venues in the city. What a joy it is to sit down and play. I also purchased a dampp chaser system and can highly recommend it too. I have had occasion to visit the Piano Boutique and Michael has generously allowed me to play on a number of instruments and brands of pianos from modest pianos to a concert grand model D. I should add it was a quiet time with few customers. While there I have seen him painstakingly working on piano actions to get them just right. I have been to other piano stores in the city. Michael has by far the largest collection of Steinway grands and uprights in the city. I can recommend the Piano Boutique very highly.

Beautiful piano selection and knowledgeable staff.We visited the store twice and purchased a beautiful Yamaha piano from Michael the owner. He patiently answered all our questions, showed us how he restores his pianos, and explained many processes. He even played the piano for my kids.We trust the quality of his products compared to other retailers because he has many years of experience as a technician. He is very passionate about music and it is so inspiring.My kids were so excited when our piano arrived. We are so very happy with our purchase.

Great shop. Was happy to find more or less exactly what I was looking for, a larger upright piano within budget with no technical issues. Michael was very patient during this process.Since, he's come to tune a couple times and fixed some clicking keys and a squeaky pedal. He's polite, and efficient.

I purchased a Steinway from Michael and he was great. He wouldn’t let me have it until I was perfectly happy with the set up. He continues to take care of it with the utmost professionalism.
