Claude's Small Engines
My snow blower broke down yesterday (of course during a snow storm) I went to Claude’s to try and find a replacement part. (My snow blower is a no name Chinese PoS!) But the people at Claude’s were wonderful in assisting me with trying to find a replacement part that might work!Turns out the part did work!!Great customer service from this place, even if your machine isn’t from them.

Je suis parti de Sainte-Sophie pour aller dans ce commerce afin d'acheter des lames pour un tracteur de gazon john deere.En arrivant, j'ai nommé au vendeur le modèle du tracteur, l'année et les dimensions des lames. Je suis reparti avec les lames. En arrivant à la maison, le rond au centre des lames ne fittait pas ! J'ai appeler au magasin, j'ai parler à un autre vendeur pour comprendre qu'il y avait 2 modèles de lames.J'ai demander des explications, le vendeur m'a expliqué que celui qui m'avait vendu les lames était pas la depuis longtemps et ne savait donc pas qu'il y avait 2 types de lames. Je leur ai expliqué au téléphone que c'était plate de devoir retourner en magasin à cause de leur erreur et qu'en tant que détaillant ils devraient mieux connaitre leurs produits. Ça semblait normal pour eux que le client se redéplace en magasin. Aucune excuse du vendeur lors de ma deuxième visite en magasin.Je ne recommande pas cet endroit, déplacez vous plutôt chez JLD Laguë, vous aurez un bien meilleur service !
