Executive Taxi

The driver I got was absolutely hilarious I would recommend this taxi service to anyone needing quick friendly service!

Wow!! Last night I had the pleasure of having 2 AMAZING cab drivers. I believe the first ones name was Ron and on my return home I was truly blessed to be driven home by Grant. Both drivers were very personable and professional. I’ve been going through troubled times and both of these drivers were so refreshingly kind and sincere. Thank you!! Highly, highly recommend!!!

The two taxi businesses in Brockville hold our city hostage and cannot wait until the day a 3rd party comes in and then they will see their business dry up! This business not only refused to give a ride to the local assessment center and not only that their stupid dispatcher call the other taxi business to tell them not to give me a ride. These two taxi businesses do not care about the riders and make their own rules I cannot wait for the day that Uber comes into Brockville . Because of this company's actions I had to walk half hour each way while feeling under the weather, please stay away the business until they improve their customer service which I am sure will never happen!

After being left high and dry waiting for a different taxi company for 30 minutes, I called Executive taxi, and they nicely told me I might be waiting a while as it was a busy night. But their driver arrived in 5 minutes. She was excellent. I would give these guys and gals 6 stars if I could.

They often take 20+ minutes to get to me. Not to mention a driver by the name of Kyle was very racist and aggressive.

2 of the dispatchers are great, others not so much. Often have to wait 20+ minutes for a ride. Fair prices and friendly drivers for the most part

The driver Ron was courteous and we had an excellent chat. It was a pleasant ride.

Polite helpful..assited into and out of cab. Timely.

Constantly have to call for 5 or 10 minutes straight at random times and then they are inconsistent in when they arrive. Lots of good drivers, but there is no reason it the line should be busy for 15 minutes at 630pm on a wednesday.

I love this cab company but there is this one lady who is very rude while answering the phone. Just called a cab for my boyfriend to get to work I forgot to mention that I need a cab for 4:45. Before she hung up I got her attention and asked if I could get that cab for 4:45. I was very polite saying “sorry, I forgot to mention I would like the cab for 4:45.” She goes on and says “ you could have told me in the beginning of the phone call but okay whatever.” I proceeded to apologize for not letting her know at the beginning. I understand you hate your job but being nice and not being rude isn’t hard!
