Used to have no problem spending cash in here. Used to be happy with customer service and value. Last 4 times in here female sales associates are absolutely outrageous in attitude and lack of customer service. Yesterday my 18 year old was scoping out a jacket. Ticket had a sale sticker on it that was $105.00 (sticker half falling off). I asked him to verify price with her. She scanned it and said whatever it was $129.00. I said oh and walked away. She stood there with a look on her face and said do u want this or do I have to put it back for u. She was inappropriate and I will not spend a dime in there again.Save urself the time and drama everything in there is cheaper online.Store is a yard sale and associates are too busy talking about other employees and chasing teenagers around the store refolding the jeans ppl picking thru to find sizes.

I am giving 1 star because I can't give any less. I don't even know where to start. My experience here was the worst one I have ever had in any type of class. Please don't take a beginner sewing class here if you want to enjoy it. This beginner class doesn't even teach you to hand sew! No course outline or proper material list. They don't tell you what you need in advance and make you buy it at their store, which makes the initial price of the course null because you end up paying hundreds of dollars more. It seemed like I had to do most of the learning by myself (learning how to hand sew on Youtube) and didn't even finish my pyjama, the project we worked on. Both the teacher and the manager didn't care that my friend and I were very late compared to the others (because the teacher was focusing on advancing the others and not us), they were condescending and treating me like a child for speaking up about my concerns with the class. They didn't accept my feedback and made me feel very anxious and unsafe. The manager was very intimidating and didn't seem to care about my dissatisfaction with the course, I'm assuming because I already paid her so it didn't really matter. The teacher didn't explain anything in very much detail or clarity and just expected us to KNOW essentials of sewing in a BEGINNER class. For example, the teacher said If you had a seam ripper

These guys made the newer version broomn the movie called Bewitched. Very cool brooms here. They have all kinds for different jobs and even have Harry potter brooms and broom magnets!

You need a tool and great service? Stop looking around. The guys here are awesome, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. It's outside the city but worth the trip.

Love the watches but the sales guy although very nice had been working 6 months there and yet couldn't answer one of my questions, kept having to go ask someone. Update (Jan 4, 2023): the watch I gave my wife for xmas lost a stone before she even got to wear it, cheap made expensive watch. They don't make things like they used to for sure.
