The guys at FighterSystems are very knowledgeable and patient. They take their time to explain everything and even take the time to show you what they are doing. Excellent service. Simply amazing!!! They are very friendly they are very customer satisfaction oriented. They are not pressuring you on buying stuff or a brand over and other. They will give you and educated information but will not force you to buy stuff. I love that place since i discovered it. They are transparent and provide you with a timely follow up when they are performing maintenance and or an upgrade job. I 1000% recommend this store for anything airsoft relate or even a for a talk with the guys there, that are very sociable. Keep it up FSM!!!

The 2 owners are able to answer every question that you'll throw at them. They won't force you to buy anything they'll actually tell you to take the time and think about it before buying it. Amazing shop lots of stuff!

I made an order on Monday, when the owner called to offer a different type of bbs since the ones I bought were out of stock I told him I had a game that weekend and he sent my package right away. I got it Wednesday morning. Not my first purchase from either location but time and time again fighter systems continues to prove to me that it’s the best retailer in Canada for airsoft needs and customer service.
