Dr Alarape is a great doctor. Listens to your concerns thoroughly, my appointments never feel rushed. He is also very personable and makes the effort to get to know his patients. The clinic is nice and clean, and the front desk ladies are also always nice and accommodating. My whole family goes to him and we recommend him to everyone looking for a new family doctor. Don't be afraid to advocate for your own health. The receptionists are incompetent, deceitful, and engage in misconduct. I've visited this clinic on numerous occasions as a walk-in so this feedback is a combination of my experiences. First, on several occasions, I've been told the wrong clinic opening time: For example, once the receptionist told me to come back the next day when they open at eight, and they actually opened at nine. On their website you'll see that they open at a certain time, but they actually start letting patients in up to an hour early. Second, I recently called for my results and the receptionist told me that they are normal. I'm pretty sure this is illegal because the doctor had NOT reviewed or commented on them yet. A few days later when I called again asking if the doctor reviewed my results, the receptionist said no but that my results show an infection" and you "may need antibiotics." She also told me I had to come back to the clinic

Wow!, I cannot believe how only 4 or 5 positive reviews only end up here. Check other reviews and do your homework!

This clinic and staff have been amazing ever since my first visit. I have a newborn and they’re always accommodating and reassuring. They’re very nice and wait times are great.

Today I visited Royal Vista Medical Clinic, as my Doctor has retired and I am in search of a new Doctor. Also for a sinus concern. The reception that I received was, very pleasant, understanding, and positive. My sinus concern was promptly review by a Doctor. Thank you for a very positive and comfortable visit. Amazing doctor and staff

Edit:How was I abusive to staff!? LolAll I did was ask for clarification on why I was told over the phone that i could come in and when I did I was told that the Dr can't see me. How is that abusive?? You didnt answer my question, not then, not now, ridiculously unprofessional! I hope the practice provides some sort of training to their receptionist on how to answer inquiries and how to handle situations when they do provide inaccurate information. Shouldve read the reviews before walking into that._________________________________Called and asked if I could come in to see Dr. Jessam. The receptionist said I could and that she was available until 3pm. I came at 1:17pm and was told she could not see me because she's doing family practice today. When I asked why I was told I could come in today, the receptionist went I said she's working today

I have not experienced any of the complaints I have read on here.I have found the staff at the front desk were very pleasant,respectful and helpful. The appointment staff were pleasant as well in setting up my appointments.Good job staff

It says opening time is 10:00am. I went here earlier wanting to have early access. But I have been waiting for more than 1.5 hours and the doctor still not show up.Lots of patients are waiting and it is a waste of our time without knowing why the doctor is running late.And it is not the first time. If the doctor can not be punctual, they should change the opening hour to 12:00am instead of 10:00am!Such a bad experience and a waste of time.
