Northcliffe & Seaview Holiday Parks

My family and I stayed at Northcliff in June 2023. We all had a lovely week. A great caravan holiday and a great base for exploring nearby Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, Scarborough and Sandsend. The caravan was clean and had all the essentials needed for the week. The views are amazing from the site. My daughter also loved the park and the crazy golf course. We visited the on site cafe a couple of times. The food was really nice and enjoyed having a drink in the sunshine. We visited out of school holidays so the cafe was closed for part of the week and meant it was on the quiet side. Great if this is what you’re looking for but not so much for my daughter who was looking to make a friend.

We stayed for 4 nights in a Megapod at this holiday park- it was perfect! From someone who reads endless reviews of places before they book somewhere please know this, if you stay here you won't be disappointed! The pod has everything you need and is built and furnished to such a high spec. It is modern, cosy and spacious enough for what you would expect from a pod type accommodation. The wifi signal is excellent and didn't cause us any problems. The bed was very comfy! The holiday park is in a fantastic location and is a lovely quiet place to stay and is kept immaculately. The cafe on site is also fantastic, breakfast is excellent!

We have just returned from a lovely 4 night stay in a Mega Pod. The Pod was of a high standard, was very comfortable, had everything you needed plus good WiFi and a music player. The views from the Pod were excellent and the site is in a great location to access Cleveland Way and the Cinder Track. There is also a bus stop outside for easy access to Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay. The site itself was very peaceful and well maintained, and had a nice cafe/bar too.

We was very pleased with our 4 night stay in the 2 bedroom caravan .the standard of the site is very high groundsmen out every day keeping the caravan park ,playgrounds ,football fields looking ideal. Caravan spotless ready for a enjoyable stay . Staff ready to help if and when neaded . With cracking views off the coast paths . Will be back soon

We've just spent 3 nights at Northcliffe in one of the new mega-pods. We're not really a glamping kinda family and with 2 kids(12 & 14) I thought this might be a bit of a squash. How wrong could I be?!The pods are loads of fun for something a bit different with everything you could need. It would be also good for a romantic getaway.It's a lovely site and you can sit on your own veranda taking in the sea views whilst having a coffee. Would definitely recommend.

We have just enjoyed another relaxing stay in a super luxury caravan which was very clean and comfortable with a fabulous front facing sea view. The site has an excellent cliff top location between Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay with a choice of beautiful coastal paths to enjoy to both locations. The caravan park is exceptionally well maintained and so peaceful and has a lovely on site coastal cafe bar too. We look forward to our next visit.

Such a beautiful holiday park. The caravan was so comfortable with everything we needed. The location was unbeatable. The walks and coastal views were breathtaking. The kids enjoyed the facilities, just a shame the football pitch was waterlogged as they are budding footballers. Will definitely be back.

A fabulous holiday park. We stayed in one of the new Mega Pods and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pods had everything you need for a family holiday with amazing views too. Great little play park, crazy golf and cafe bar. Lovely, quiet and relaxing stay. Easy access to Whitby either by car, bus or walking (about an hour on the footpath). We will definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

Our fifth visit to Lemon Cottage did not disappoint. The accommodation was, as usual, superb. The weather during our stay was brilliant. We enjoyed local walks and can thoroughly recommend the food at The Windmill pub at Stainsacre.

We've just spent 4 nights at Northcliffe Holiday park, the first time we have visited, but certainly not the last. The standard of the super luxury caravan was excellent, it was very clean, new and very modern and had a lovely view of the sea. The staff couldn't have been more helpful with one or two minor issues we encountered whilst we were there, which were quickly resolved. The park is very quiet and relaxing, perfect when you want to get away from busy everyday life. There are some lovely walks nearby, all well accessible from the park. We will definitely return next year. Thanks once again for your help whilst we were there.
