VERY DISAPPIONTED WITH MY HAVELOCK METAL ROOFHad our roof done TWO years ago in Majestic Black. You can see all the strapping through the steel. Talked with Havelock Metal and my contractor both agree it was installed properly. Very unappealing to look at. Thought we would DO IT ONCE AND DO IT RIGHT but that's not the case. Good money not well spent. Think hard before you spend your hard earned money here, and ask what is really covered under there 40 yr warranty.

Deliver often here and most people are helpful. My issue is the scale house, if it’s the blond lady she shows up on time and gets you in and out. If it’s the dark hair girl, she shows up 20 mins late and then acts like she has never did this job before. ANNOYING!

From the day I contacted them until the day of completion they kept me informed of how the process was going, which gave me a lot of confidence. The quality of these gates are amazing. Put it this way I will be replacing my pressure treated fence a couple of times over before these would ever have to be replaced. They look great and provide us the security and the privacy we were looking for. I highly recommend this company.
