A great place. Good food but service could be better. I believe Tim Hortons prioritize the drive-thru too much. What a silly part of our car-centric society. I would recommend walking because the parking lot and drive-thru can get pretty busy.

3 people serving the drive through and people lined up inside waiting. Suddenly 5 people appeared from no-where. Are people who walk in less important than drive through. Food is always good.

Every time I've been here with my Fiance. Aaron has been such a rude person towards us. Talks to us like we are stupid and inconvenienced him for even using the drive through. Sounds so passive aggressive when taking orders. Then he messed up our order and it acts like it's our fault when I hear my fiance Cleary order 2 drinks. Then the next time we came he was just as rude. We came 30 mins before close. There was no steep tea and he refused to make any. As a former Tim's employee i know it's the standard to make Tea until close. Every time we dealt with him the service had been so terrible we rather go to McDonald's.

Pretty slow service at times, they pack too many donuts into a single item bag and when you get home, the chocolate is on the inside of the bag and no longer on the donut, staff seem like you're bothering them by being there or they ignore you until they're done chatting with their friends.. it's slowly improving though

Went there today had three employees just wondering around no one taking orders and drive through backed up to the road. This has been the worst service I’ve ever had at a tim Hortons. I will never come back to this location and I will just go to the other one on hwy 3 even through they are likely owned by the same person they seem to have better service and nicer staff.

This is the Aylmer Tim Horton's on hwy 3 on the way into town. They have a large lot and lots of room for the drive thru and they have a rewards scanner right at the drive thru ordering station to scan your card yourself thus saving time and streamling the process NY the time you got to the pickup window . There is even enough room for pull off to the side and open your app and activate your offers without holding up the line and causing a delayThey need this feature at more locations

Loved how it was open 24hrs.Even though we went late in the night, the selection of food wasnt to badly limited and surprisingly fresh.

Got a sausage farmers wrap and it wasn't even grilled like it's supposed to be. I go there all the time and I think I'm going to switch Tim Hortons because this isn't the first time I've had issues
