Went to CAA to get passport photos taken. I live in the USA and purposely went to have them taken in Canada to make sure they were acceptable. Photos were rejected by Passport Canada. Don’t get your passport photos taken here.

They are very busy or very slow or very...few that they can't serve everybody who needs their service. You have to take appointment by internet for few days afterward but if you have an emergency... wait your chance. The situation is old, after Covid restrictions they always have appointments delayed by at least few days if not two weeks. Outside, people in need stay in line hoping they'll get to be served that day, inside they are a lot of counters closed. Before Covid the situation was the same, just wasn't with appointments and you could stay few hours inside. Why not using all counters when is rush hour?

Not busy and was late for appointment. They still took me right in. But the web site should have sent me to Dorval or st-laurent. As per my type of request.

Excellent fast service with many counters. Plenty free parking spots. Appointment is needed during Covid pandemic and only 7 customers allowed inside the office at a time.
