I saw both Robert Wise and Myles for help, and I could not ask for better help. They both guided me in different ways to help with my relationship and anxiety. I have recommended this clinic to my friends and family. I give them the highest rating possible.

Great team, flexible for my busy schedule, caring, supportive and definitely goes the extra mile with little things. The support given has been so important to our family during many difficult times through the past few years including loss of a loved one, bullying, change and stress. Highly recommended.

This is a stunning facility. So much consideration has gone into it. There is a longhouse, sweat lodge and roof top healing garden. It is Leed certified.

Traumatic... I saw this psychologist a few years ago while going through a very hard time with an overwhelming job that was causing unforeseen anxiety and depression. I saw Gayle once and it was an admittedly normal/good therapy session- she gave me an avenue to express my many anxieties and made me believe that she was empathetic, then proceeded to perform some crystal work that had me skeptical, but I believe I felt the benefits due to believing I was with someone safe. However a month later, before our next appointment, I realized that I had a scheduled a work-related meeting over the weekend that would prevent me from making the appointment on time, and let her know immediately, apologizing. The response I got was shocking and hurtful, with her vindictively telling me that due to my incompetence and inability to meet the obligation on time, she would not be seeing me for any further sessions. With no concern as to the specifics of the situation or what I may have been feeling or going through at the moment. This felt very hurtful as I had no one else to lean on at the moment, and being my first experience seeking out mental help, it left a mark on the entire experience that has undoubtedly affected my recovery negatively over the past few years. I hope when I can afford to seek regular professional help in the future, I do not fall upon someone with such a vindictive and unempathetic character veiled in the skin of an understanding and kind old woman. It has taken me years to gather the courage to post this review and truthfully I am still anxious to receive the same cold vindictiveness I did in the past but feel the need to give warning to anyone experiencing extreme anxiety and a busy schedule that may cause them to need to reschedule an appointment with this psychologist for any reason.

Avant de rencontrer Sébastien Paradis, l'univers de la sécurité financière et des placements était un réel mystère pour mon conjoint et moi, mais surtout on y comprenait rien! Avec ses talents de communicateur et son grand professionnalisme, Sébastien a su nous conseiller efficacement en prenant le temps d'écouter nos besoins et de nous expliquer en vulgarisant les termes de cet univers complexe. Maintenant, nous y voyons plus clair! Sébastien nous a préparé un plan financier adapté à notre situation et à nos projets. Depuis notre rencontre en janvier, nos finances ont pris du mieux et nous avons repris confiance financièrement tout en ayant aujourd'hui l'esprit tranquille pour le futur :) Finalement, Sébastien donne des suivis réguliers et il est toujours disponible pour nos questions. Nous l'avons déjà référé à des proches qui sont tout aussi satisfaits que nous! :) Merci merci merci!

I’ve known Linda for over 5 years now, and she’s absolutely amazing!! She has helped me through some very difficult times, and has always been a true pillar of strength in my life. She is still one call away, and I value her guidance and friendship more than I can share in this post.

Sandip is extremely professional and very well organized in the way he conducts and directs sessions, he truly listens and asks all the right questions and provides straight forward and simple solutions that has helped me see things clearly and put everything in perspective. I look forward to our upcoming sessions and i would definitely recommend him to everyone!

I had been referred to Judy at another place she worked in, and she has been incredibly helpful to me. She really got me to ask questions about myself and what I wanted. Once she moved to My Story Counselling, I moved with her, and she continued to see me virtually during Covid. After going in and out of sessions with her, and getting caught behind a backlog of other clients, Judy really showed care in making sure I got the therapy I needed, and offered to pass on my information to other therapists in the clinic, and reached out to me right away after the initial review I left to work on a solution. Hoping to work with her again soon and in the meantime, I'll be seeing one of the therapists working under her temporarily at a cost-reduced rate, which I think is an ideal way for people in a tighter money situation like me to be able to take care of themselves and their mental health. Would highly recommend My Story Counselling!
