We purchased flooring a few years ago from this store and when we recently needed flooring for our newly renovated basement we naturally returned to Global Alliance for the second time. Again, we were not disappointed!Although we had an idea of what we were looking for before we went to the store Iwona offered us a great product selection, she certainly knows her products! We purchased our flooring and our trim and upon telling our neighbours, they also purchased trim at the same time!Our next project is tiling and your store will be our first place to visit as we start to look around for tiles!

I am very pleased that I have found Westcoast Moulding & Millwork! They were the only company across Canada that had the exact step-profile baseboards and casing that I was looking for and they were willing to ship the freight to my home in Manitoba regardless of the size of my project. All it took was a phone call to get things started and I was on my way!Rob was very helpful in determining the quantities of product required to complete my project and also offered to custom cut the length of the larger-sized 7 baseboards to fulfill my needs when the shorter size was out-of-stock due to the global supply chain shortages. If I could have given 10 stars I would have. Went in to buy some casing which I found for 1/3 of the price than the big box stores are asking. Order was processed so quickly and John, the owner, cut them down so I could fit them in my car. He was so friendly and entertained my numerous questions, patiently explaining how I could resolve another issue I was having with a challenging ceiling beam. Although a 20 minute drive for me, well worth driving for much longer than that to get the product and service that this small business has to offer. I will be back!

LOVED our experience here when doing full renovation of our new home. Steven is the BEST and gave great, honest advice that made total sense to someone like me who simply doesn't have a clue. Overall very satisfied with their navigation around any pandemic challenges, the products, the selection, and the ease of transacting.

If you're looking for the highest quality products when it comes to Exteriors Royal has the best there is hands down! I also cannot say enough about the staff here they actually know what they're talking about and have helped me with all kinds of different things. The guys working in the back often have my truck fully loaded before I'm done speaking to the people at the desk. This helps me get to the jobs quicker and speeds things up other places I've been to they will not even help you load it. Keep up the great work guys! Cheers

Had to replace the carpet in my tenant's suite after he moved out and had the Finishing Store recommended to me as the place to go for good products, prices and advice. Carl - the gentleman who helped us - was outstanding. He talked us through a variety of products, answered questions knowledgeably while never dipping into condescension, provided us an excellent price and generally made the encounter pleasant and positive. Would definitely recommend them.
