I had bought a Eurofase Dakota Collection bathroom fixture because I liked the design. While changing a bulb, I accidentally dropped one of the glass covers. I contacted Eurofase about a replacement and it was sent out almost immediately no questions asked aside from where to ship it to. I will happily buy their light fixtures in the future with this type of novel design and customer service.

Terrible warranty and products. Many arrive dead from the manufacturer and they won’t replace unless you pay shipping to them to investigate, and if they deem it’s actually faulty then you pay shipping again for a replacement. I would have to recommend you AVOID at all costs. I don’t imagine the few surviving products I have will last long.

One of the legs on my stool became a little split without actually breaking. Nathan James sent me a replacement stool at no cost to me! The customer service is so amazing too. All of my emails were responded to momentarily. The Customer Happiness Rep, Leyla, even emailed to see how my new stool looked once it was put together! I highly recommend purchasing any of your furniture needs from this company. I will definitely use them again.

After comparing the bulbs from different supplier, I bought the E26 spot lights by GL. They have the most beautiful look! The lighting effect is very similar to the halogen bulbs but with much better clarity. One thing I love about these lights is they are not too narrow. The spot lights from other brands are too narrow and leave spot on the floor. I strongly recommend their spot lights!

I was hired by Arani for one of their events and found the team warm, friendly and professional. Will definitely deal with them again.

Take your business somewhere else as this place won't honor anyhting they promise during sale.

Update - May 4, 2023. A representative from Artika Customer Support reached out and arranged to send out new lights. I appreciative for this gesture and we are now in the process of having them installed. Thank you.Very disappointed with Artika's customer service. Purchased a set of vanity lights 6 weeks ago. They arrived promptly, which is great, but one of the lights was missing the 2nd bag of glass beads. One box was in the intended packaging, the other was cobbled together and likely why bag was missed. We sent a note to Customer Service, they said a replacement would be sent out. Waited 3 weeks no replacement and none of my follow up emails were answered. Called their support line - spoke with a rep who apologized and said a bag would be sent out promptly. Still waiting now over 6 weeks. We have postponed an electrician twice (additional work was to be occur as well) and it is becoming frustrating to have a simple bag of glass beads be sent to us. Not sure I can recommend Artika for their after sale service and support.

I had our showroom lights replaced with the new LED tubes vs the old style fluorescent tubes. What a difference in the light level. Worth every cent when really viewing the product adds to the saleability of it. Job done quickly and right on time.The installer was Aaron.
