Karate club

We have been part of Red Phoenix for 5 years now and all I have to say is we love it. Master Cha and his team of instructors are amazing, specially with kids. It's easy to tell teaching is their passion.

My wife and daughter go to Danforth Karate Academy and they love it. The instructors have integrity, are professional AND fun. When we enrolled my daughter into the school I wanted to make sure she would get the right balance of discipline and fun - basically not be scared off by it - and I can't believe what she is capable of doing and it's not even been a full year yet!Her confidence levels have boosted, she is becoming more agile and aware, stronger and disciplined. She also gets to take the family class with her mother - you can't beat that anywhere. Hands down I'm so happy they are being mentored and guided by the instructors at DKA - no gimmicks - straight up Karate.

Our son has been learning Tae Kwon Do from Master Cha and his team for the last three years and the progress he made is just amazing. He really loves to go there.Master Cha’s approach to teaching Tae Kwon Do is very effective and efficient.

My 8-years-old son has practicing Karate in this club for several months, and he really likes it. All of the coaches are very good, very professional, very nice and helpful to all the kids. My son also has made several friends in his class. I can feel that my son's perseverance has improved since he joined the club. Besides, the cost of practicing martial art in this club is one of the most reasonable I can find in Edmonton.

Nixon’s Martial Arts is exceptional. Mr. Nixon is very passionate, skilled and relatable. Mr. Nixon is great with kids and delivers high quality martial arts. I would definitely recommend Nixon Martial Arts.

Sensei Steve is phenomenal. He is very supportive of the students and takes an interest in all of the kids. He has a wonderful sense of humor that the kids just love. Our son loves him so much that he wanted to model his haircut after him. The skills being taught go above and beyond karate. We would recommend Sensei Steve's classes to any parents looking! We love Okotoks Karate!

NKS is a very reputable karate school that I would recommend to anyone. The instructors know every student by name and take a personal interest in training and coaching each person to strive for personal best. Many years ago I trained under NKS founder Hanshi Borkowski and I experienced first hand the history, spirit and discipline of karate. Today my son is an NKS student and I see without a doubt that NKS Steeles continues to embody this same spirit! My son is very happy training with such compassionate instructors, who are great at finding the perfect balance of discipline and fun. Thank you.

My daughter enjoys coming to class twice a week. The Sensei is very professional yet knows how to keep the children engaged and have fun. I would highly recommend Kitchener Karate Academy to any parent that is looking for a quality class that your child will enjoy.
