Nice ambience, caring staff, and excellent activities. We were also able to pay for extra support for my Dad while he lived there, e.g. laundry and housekeeping services. Would definitely recommend Preston Park 1 - it was in our top two assisted living accommodations in Saskatoon.

Sunset Estates is where I would want my parents if they suffered from Dementia. The staff is so warm and caring! No individual is a number there, but a name. The facility is not overwhelmingly big, so the community becomes somewhat of a family. I would definitely recommend it!

My parents moved to Chartwell Waterford about 2 months ago after living in their home for 50 years. The move was understandably a big transition for them but they have settled in nicely to their new home and are enjoying the benefits of living in such a supportive environment. The communication between management and relatives of the residents has been excellent and I feel that the people working there are genuine in their interest in taking the best care of the residents that live there. The Waterford building, resident suites, and public areas are always kept clean and look well cared for. I am very happy that my parents are there and I know that my parents are happy that they made the move.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and residents seemed well taken care of.

My mother has recently moved into assisted living and since that move the general manager was fired and no one will say why! There was an interim acting GM for one month and now there is a new GM. Try to contact her, haha!Every time I call to speak with her I get put through to reception saying her mailbox is full. She has been there for almost one month? The management (or lack thereof) is a joke!If you have a loved one in this facility check on them OFTEN!I have heard some of the staff talking in elevators and they say they can not work under the circumstances as lack of staff puts more workload on everyone and some have said if it doesn’t change they will quit.I’m in the process of speaking to my MLA and Interior Health Head office! I don’t even know if the Chinese conglomerate owns SS Village? I don’t know who owns it and need to find out!No, I won’t go away! I’m not stopping my inquiries and will get answers!

Nice, modern, safe place for the Seniors of our community.

My mother was the very first resident at The Bradley when it opened in 2019 and let me tell you, what a night-and-day difference we’ve experienced compared with the retirement residence where she was before! She’s written her own review, but I really have to add that life is so much better now for me and my family too (we live nearby and visit often). From day one, everyone working there has been genuinely friendly, helpful, and considerate towards us – the live-in management team, the activity director, the bus driver, the maintenance manager, the housekeepers and servers, the kitchen staff (I love the food!). The professionalism and compassion we witness every time we visit is truly inspiring. Heartfelt thanks to everyone at The Bradley!

Cardinal Place goes above and beyond to protect the health and safety of residents and workers and they provide exceptional resident care.

Inderjeet Hundal is a THIEF, he stole or holding all my dad's mails of three months, because he was forced to return his damage deposit. He is bullying SENIORS. I HAVED REPORTED TO THE HEAD OFFICE AND WILL DO FURTHER TO EXPOSE HIM. My dad was living at pics and had a very bad experience, he got sick and we moved him out. INDERJIT(Manager) told us once his residence (place) is cleaned up, he will return his damage deposit. We cleaned up his place all up to date, Inderjit told us that he will only gets $50.00 refunded.He took $500.00 from my dad for damage deposit. INDERJIT is a thief, stole money from my dad (senior), doesn't want to return his damage deposit after WE CLEANED HIS PLACE (brand new carpets and all newly painted). INDERJIT EVEN COMMENTED THAT PLACE WAS CLEANED VERY NICE. Talked to many residences, they are having difficulties, EXAMPLE PERSON LIVING IN RM 405. I WILL PROCEED TO TENANCY BOARD
