Really impressed with these people. Sold some gold and got paid more than expected because the store manager took the piece as jewelry rather than scrap metal. I thought that was very fair play. Professional shop all around.

My starry projector light is amazing I love it. The owner was amazing she even took the time to show us all the different items she sold on display. I will be going back thanks for your help choosing the perfect gift for my daughter

I spent two and a half hours in the store having issues with my cell phone service, Jordan was more than helpful getting everything cleared up for me. He remained extremely patient and polite the entire time. I would highly recommend asking for him to get the job done.

I have been to Simparo for computer repairs and upgrades two times now. Both times they have provided exceptional service. They are very knowledgeable about computers and do a nice and thorough job. They are priced very reasonably too. I highly recommend them for any computer repairs, maintenance or upgrades!

Beyond 5 star service every time I go in. Their entire staff is amazing. I can't point out one specific individual because they are all great. I always leave with a smile on my face.

I am here to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at your store. I have contacted Best Buy twice via chat and once over the phone about returning phones that I had activated in-store. I needed to return the phones due to poor reception and asked to come back when the promotions for iPhones are better and to change carriers to Telus.Each representative verified with me that I would be able to return the phones and keep the promotional gift cards as they were used to purchase a speaker through Best Buy. I visited the Aurora, Ontario, Canada location, which I was told by Best Buy support I would be able to do the return at any Best Buy, but the manager informed me that the only place I could return the phones would be the Newmarket, Ontario, Canada location. I wasted gas money driving out there, and then I had to spend more to get to the Newmarket location.Upon visiting the Newmarket location, I was treated rudely, lied to, and refused service. I have never been spoken to in such a manner in my life. Having a manager, Jonathan, tell me I have a bad choice of word attitude" and that I was giving them a hard time after telling them I was told by Best Buy themselves and the CRTC that I would be able to keep the gift cards.The managers said the system would not allow them to do it and would manually punch in a gift card while I was trying to return it so they could charge me for it. I received a top service from one of the employees who guided me on how to save money by printing a document through the printer all by myself instead of paying more through the front-desk employees who would charge much more! What a way to show big caring for customers. I definitely recommend this place!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Staff here are all certified college graduates with certifications in their field and a company that's been in business over 30 years! Much better than a corporation like best buy or staples that won't even hire certified techs as they are over qualified". Buy local support local!
