Sorry, not this particular store, but the company as a whole is terrible. Zero quality customer service when trying to deal with a purchased item that's beyond late and only offer a 10% discount on a future order worth no more than $100, but would have to call and be put on hold for 20 minutes before getting a discount hold for said future purchase.

So much better than Home Depot. Friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me a 40% discount which was not advertised as far as i could tell. Paint actually matches the sample cards. Will definitely be coming here in the future for paint and supplies. If i could give 6 stars than I would!

They are behind on a lot of things. They haven't fixed the flooding problems that a lot of houses have in the spring. We are due for another flood soon. I don't think they even realize that it's a yearly thing that happens as the ice thaws and the snow melts. The sewer backs up a lot. It's not something anyone should wake up to.
