I highly recommend Blinds by Design for your window treatments. From Nancy's assistance in guiding my choices and meticulous product descriptions to Sarah Raes follow up with the estimated delivery dates, it was all so appreciated! Sam the installer was very professional and did a great installation. He went over everything with us and showed us how to use our motorized shades and even gave us his cell number if we ever needed any help in the future. This is true customer service from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful staff from beginning to end. Thank you so much for everything.

I had a great experience with Blinds by Design from beginning to end, Nancy came out to my new build home and went over my shutter options and did all the measurements for me. Since I was in a new home I had no window coverings at all and was so worried it would take so long to get them, but the turnaround was so fast! I got a call after only a couple weeks that my shutters arrived and my install date was scheduled immediately. Definitely recommend them and will use them again!

After visiting a couple Blind Stores, we were directed to Blinds By Design and couldn't be happier! Ordered a pair of motorized Blinds with Sarah, and when they showed up there was an issue with one of the motors, but Sarah was on top of it! Sarah was able to help us get a replacement quickly and her help was exceptional! The Blinds look fantastic and are exactly what our space needed.Definitely recommend making a trip to Blinds By Design for all your Blind needs!

We are so incredibly pleased with both the amazing customer service we received as well as the beautiful cell shades we had installed through out our home. Sarah-Rae kept us in the loop for the entire process and really looked after us! The installer Sam was great and really represents your company in such a positive way!
