Cosmetics store

Rude woman working this Friday evening, overly paranoid about covid, when I was the one of the only customers in the store. I sprayed a perfume to smell and she panicked that I cannot touch anything. Terrible shopping experience, if you treat customers like this, you can't expect to be in business much longer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Received awful customer service from the cosmetics department. Be careful what cosmetic brands you purchase, I tried to return a bad product and was told the brand no longer allowed returns. The brands that do not allow returns are not advertised anywhere in the cosmetics department and the department is doing nothing to inform customers about this, unless you ask directly before purchasing.

I have been doing my brows with Karen and she is amazingly talented! I’m never in pain or uncomfortable when she plucks my hairs. I 100% recommend her services :)

I switched to shoppers from Costco pharmacy and they are slightly more expensive but they’ve been super helpful whenever I have questions and call them. They even helped me lower my cost by helping me figure out slightly slightly different dose from my current (just different size tablets but almost same dose) and sent the request to my doctor and my doctor approved my new dose recommended by my pharmacist at Shoppers and now I pay $40 less for my meds. No regret switching from Costco. Costco pharmacy never answers phone. Shoppers always answer my call and opens way later at night for convenience. And you also get pc points. Lastly, the pharmacists I’ve talked to here are so friendly and they are so helpful.

Needed my prescription, left it a bit late and Jessica was fantastic. She explained to me what I could do, was pleasant and cared. Thank you Jessica, I really appreciate your professionalism and hard work! You made my day.

Online ordering is a great. I have nothing but good words for that at this store.Shoutout to Michael who went above and beyond to help me transfer items from another store so I could get my order.

Had Emma do my eyebrows and she left them looking clean and pretty again! Definitely would recommend booking with her.

Very chill place with lots of products. Well stocked. The girl at the cash is super patient especially when uppidy Torontonians are pushing their weight around. Congrats! You did great!

For nearly 20 years!!! I have trusted Nature's Source for my supplements. I have always been pleasantly greeted & staff offer to help in any way. I have asked so many questions over the years... about sources, quality & effectiveness, their preferences and why & I have always received thoughtful & confident answers. If someone did not know something, they got back to me. Roy & I have connected the most throughout the years & he has always taken the time I have needed to discuss products & what is best for me & all my family members including my extended family as well.
