My God….who is responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and overall care of this building?? Its HORRIBLE. I visit here regularly and most times the teeny (2person) very dirty elevator doesn’t work (only one for the entire building), the carpets in common areas are filthy and stained, the stair handrails are sticky, the entire building stinks to high heaven, and everywhere but the lobby needs painting— in some areas there’s more chips than there is actual paint on the walls! Everyone’s doors are all banged up and filthy and need painting and have mismatched numbers and mismatched locking systems. The floor numbering system makes no sense. As a disabled visitor who has issues with stairs, I finally called to get the elevator fixed because I had been coming every day for a week and it was still broken down on day seven. It is sweltering in the summer. Ive been to third world countries and the condo/apt complexes have been cleaner and nicer. The owner should be ashamed of themselves.

This place saved my life when I left my ex. They moved me in right away, and always made me feel safe and secure. Great location. also, I LOVE LINAS!!!!

I have been renting for the last 6 years from them in Kamloops BC. First our manager was Rose and it was an amazing experience where everything is clean and orderly which is surprising as we are down the street from a university. A few years ago Stephanie took over as manager and just like Rose she cares and the building is always clean and kept up. You know when you put a maintenance request in that Keith the maintenance guy will be giving you a call shortly to ensure everything is in top top working condition in no time at all. I know any repairs will be handled professionally and promptly. Stephanie is amazing and has an amazing person to cover when she is not a available. I recommend to anyone looking for a rental.It may be a little bit of a process to become a tenant but that is how they ensure to keep it a clean and respectful environment for everyone.

If you told me when we first moved to Trio in June 2020 that I would be leaving a 5 star rating I would never believe you!! We moved in basically right at the beginning and it was a really rough start but after a while they got their footing.Alejandra was such a bright light in the building. When they hired her, we immediately noticed the difference. Everything improved so much, from communication to the grounds. She planned a community event for us all and went above and beyond for everything!Our move out was complicated as we were moving to a new city but she was so accommodating. Even to the point of communicating with us after we moved out. We appreciated her help so much!Obviously the crime in kelowna has gotten out of control and there were numerous break ins but there is not much more the building could do. They have cameras installed and always communicate with the tenants when there has been break ins.To be totally frank, the rent nearly doubled since when we moved in there and I don’t think I would pay quite that much to live there now but for what we paid and all the improvements they made, we were happy tenants in the end!
