David helped with buying our first townhome. It was back in March 2022, I was just googling realtors in Abbotsford and his name popped up. After going through a few reviews, I just sent an email to him and he responded within a few hours. We had an online meeting where he explained the house-buying process and we discussed our priorities and preferences. Then we started our house hunting with him. After a couple of pauses, we finally found our home in November 2022. David helped throughout this entire journey. One thing I liked about working with him, he listened to everything very carefully and did not force/tempt us to buy something quickly. He answered any of our queries related to house buying. He guided us through this entire journey. I would love to work with him again. Also, I do highly recommend David to any potential buyers.

David went over and above when helping me sell a home in a city I wasn't living in. There was a plumbing issue that I felt helpless to deal with and David set up a plumber. He set up the appointment, got them in the house and even got me a really great price on the fix.His assistant Jamie was also a great support.!
