Proceed with Caution!!!The owner will not fix his alteration mistakes, he gets super defensive and offers NO SERVICE at all.I read the reviews for this place and decided to give it a try. The gentleman that owns the place was pleasant when I dropped off my stuff for alterations but when I picked it up and was not happy with the result, the pleasantries were out the window. Not only did he not want to help resolve the errors he made, he was very clear that he was not open to negative feedback. I would never go back to this place and advise everyone to proceed with absolute caution. If you are looking to support a small business, venture beyond this establishment, he makes it clear that he does not need your business or care about his service quality. This business is A for AWFUL!

The owners are really nice people. Their quality of work is amazing and their service is quick. I had a jacket rip on the arm and you wouldn't even know it even happened. I'm always happy with their work!

Bad communication. Reasonable work and price. Overall I did not have a good experience.Took leather boots to have a zipper replaced - this process took nearly 40 days and I had to constantly call and ask for updates. I was told my boots were ready for pickup over the phone at least twice, but when I showed up they were not ready. I had to verbalize my dissatisfaction the second time, and the next day the boots were ready. The workmanship was fine, but lacked attention to detail (bottom portion of zipper is loose, zipper pull not also replaced.)The price was fair, and the boots were cleaned up and lightly polished which was good.

We purchased a custom suit for my husband for our wedding. Caitlin helped us personally and was professional and easy to work with throughout the process. It was my husbands first time buying a custom suit and it came out PERFECTLY and was exactly what he wanted. We were also happy with the price and felt the time it took to make the suit was very reasonable. Overall a great experience and an ever better suit!

My Husband and I are going on a cruise and I needed 4 skirts hemmed. I use crutches and it’s hard to stand straight for long. These ladies went above and beyond to accommodate me. There service is top notch and there work speaks for itself. I highly recommend them and this will be the only place My Husband and I will go to for any alterations. Thank you for the amazing service and great work ladies.

I've used her twice in three years and appreciate the work she does. Decent prices for the great work done. I've recently had her replace zippers on a jacket and a few pants - done quite well. A few years ago got her to hem and alter a dress for me and she did it well - even with the difficult material and growing person ( I was in my last trimester). Glad there are people out there willing to do the jobs I do not care to do, and saves me headache and shopping for new pants.

Tammy is awesome. She’s quick, efficient and reasonably priced. I’ll go again!
