What a great experience at Lowe’s today. Dave, in Lumber Management, and Alexis on Customer Service were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly right.Very thankful to both these guys. Thanks a lot.

Absolutely disappointed with this store. Used them to service my wood stove but they have now implemented a new policy if you didn't buy it from them they will not assist. Asked if they were unable to service it or chose not to because I didn't buy it directly from them. They chose not to. Absolutely will never use them for anything including a new stove if that is what is required. Shame I found them great in the past. What a very short sighted policy. Not even in a hurry to get the service, they just didn't want the business.Please note response doesn’t cut it. I was in no hurry to get it serviced. They could have done this anytime between now and Christmas. Needed the wood stove serviced not the chimney cleaned.Policy if you didn’t buy from them they won’t service even if you used them in the past.

Just bought a large 'Tote' of birch today (about 1/3 cord @ 1200 lbs.) It was a great buying experience - from Cathy on the phone to the yard staff who served me. All were polite, very friendly and professional. The price was competitive and the service was outstanding. Most importantly the wood quality looks excellent! I very highly recommend Downunder for your firewood needs.

Furnace was out when I got up for work. Couldn't light pilot. Called at 8am, they were out there by 930 and done by 10. Very good old school service.

Just writing to commend the sales and and delivery team who expertly brought my beautiful new Weber to my second level balcony and removed my old, 20 year Weber safely and without any mess at all! Jim, at the Avenue Rd store, was very helpful and customer-focused. The two gentlemen who delivered my bbq were friendly, extremely careful and efficient! I am extremely satisfied with Dickson’s service and please share my thanks with the Dickson Team!

I bought a wood stove (used) that this company had sold, serviced and removed for the customer. Customer I purchased from said they had told him they would instal it for me and I could get it installed and insured. When I looked at the stove, the UL label (required for insurance) had been removed by them when they removed the stove.I called them and asked them to install it and another stove for me and if I could get the UL number or serial number, or anything so I could get it insured. They would not give me the UL number, serial number or anything else in order for me to get insured, thus, my purchase from their customer was a waste of money.Always told the boss would call me back... never happened. I would never do business with what I consider a dishonest Co with poor business practice

Just like Brandsmart in Florida this is a nice place to find a few deals on furniture and appliances. You can browse as much as you want without being bothered but there are people out there to help if you need it.
