Picked up a PK360 from Matt which was my first Charcoal Grill and he was awesome. He guided me through the process to understand pros and cons of the wide variety of grills that they carry (everything from gas to pellet to charcoal). Awesome little shop too as they have all the accessories or are open to order whatever you need to get you up and running.

Bought a Traeger Ironwood 885 smoker from Ben's Appliances. I must say that it was the best investment ever. I no longer have to stand there and watch the BBQ in order to make sure my foods not burnt. With the Traeger im able to get the best cooked and smoked meat/baked good etc. Russ and Matt were super helpful and knowledgeable in answering every question that I had as an amateur to the smoker world. I highly recommend Ben's Appliances.

Ben’s is the best place in the lower mainland for outdoor cooking needs. They weren’t just a one stopShop for bbq, cast iron & pellets, Matt was very generous with his time and made sure that we got what was the best fit for us, and not just the most expensive thing. He delivered our new bbq the same day, and was available on FaceTime when I couldn’t work out the setup. 10/10 the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Great service and communication. I wasn’t able to make it there due to a snow storm so after calling the staff they actually arranged for a FaceTime so I could look through the inventory and look at the features of the Big Green Egg. Amazing service.
