I genuinely cannot be happier with the service that was provided. I was locked out of the Airbnb I was isolating in, and the person who had the spare key was over an hour away. We have a toddler who needed a nap,the perfect storm of annoyance. They arrived within the 30ish minutes stated in our phone conversation, and was able to drill out the lock(with the owners permission) as it was a smart key set-up. All told, took him 15-20 minutes to crack it open, and another 10 to reset the cylinder.Very Impressed. You've made a customer out of me, and I'll be using them in the future.

My locksmith guy spent two hours and serviced and replaced 3, forty old locks. One on the garage and two door handles. He was very thorough and skillful in making sure that everything including the bolt locks (which He lubed) were working perfectly. He also wanted me to test everything before we signed off on the work order. Recommended!

The Locksmith Toronto Service offers high-quality work at a reasonable price. I recently bought a new house, and one of the gates was locked without a key. They arrived in under twenty minutes and fixed it. A month later, my exterior door stopped locking properly. They sent me a quote over email and arrived the next day. Very reasonable cost, and while they were here, they helped fix a few small issues on a couple more doors (at no extra charge!).

Had a cumbersome automotive lock from a classic car that I was missing keys for. The staff at Ottawa Key Shop quickly identified the required blank and key code when I supplied them the lock cylinder, they had everything in stock and even freed up the matching door handle lock I brought in. It was quick, painless and cheaper than the competition. I also got a number of residential and padlock keys done, which seemed to be done in seconds, for half the price of ones that never work well from Home Depot!5/5 would repeat, recommend and rave about.
