Older woman on cash the other day was unbelievably rude to the 3 people served infront of me. I was shocked!!! Then today got my coffee in drive thru and the man with pink bracelet at window omg horribly ignorant! It's one thing to witness it, then it happens to me by different employee wow will be awhile before I return to this location!

There’s one older lady I believe her name is Susan. She slows down the whole process, she’s very rude and doesn’t let anyone help her with orders. There’s usually a lineup around the restaurant when she works and even if there’s only three people in line it still takes her almost 20 mins to serve a few coffees. Half the time I come in I give up on even getting a coffee because of how incredibly slow she is.Don’t usually complain but this is one t thing that can’t slide.It’s meant to be fast, people want their coffee quick before work not have to wait 15 mins for three people in line. Thanks

Worst coffee I have ever had! Everytime I go in not just once, the coffee is brewed too hot and gets burnt taste to it! Nasty. Oh and not to mention their was three of them standing doing nothing and the window person had to do coffee icecapp and muffin nobody grabbed a muffin or stored a coffee.. not a very good establishment tim Hortons

Ordered two coffees via drive through, one of them was not hot enough. So, asked politely to heat it up and the employee rudely said no. Worst experience ever at tims.

Waited 27 minutes in the drive thru to get a triple triple coffee that wasn't even stirred at all! Stuck my screwdriver in to do it myself and all sugar was all sitting on the bottom. Not impressed.Then, bagel was barely toasted, not cut, with hardly any cream cheese, worst Tim Hortons in SW!

Great place for a super friendly place to sit and talk to friends! You can enjoy the great soups to sandwiches they have! The family will enjoy the time there! Plenty of space to park!
