I got my office keys cut at Bill's at a very reasonable price. Both new copies didn't work but Alex was super helpful and didn't just fix them but also gave me an extra 2 copies just in case. He also explained exactly what happened to cause the issue...the keys looked identical to the old one but there was a tiny ridge in between that didn't get transferred right. All 4 of the copies worked and they refused to get paid for the extras. Will definitely go back to them in future.

Bill's Lock Service know their locks. Customer service of the highest caliber. Quick and friendly service.Being a real estate sales rep I don't have time to waste. Never going back to home depot to cut a key. Gave them a chance twice and they failed both times.

Bill's Lock Service is great to work with. They are fast, reliable, and provide top notch service. We needed to change our locks but found out we needed a whole new mechanism. I was referred here for a broken key that I needed copied. I couldn't find anyone else that would do it—every other company was just going to replace the locks. These guys had my key copied 5 minutes after I showed up, and it works perfectly! Amazing service! Very reasonable! Go here for your lock and key needs.
