Terrible company. Hidden fees . Cost was double of that estimated. I suggest you use someone else.In addition - I responded to the below message to the ownerTheir employee left all the old parts and garbage in my basement. The process was way higher than quoted. There was a couriers" fee for parts that tool over two weeks to arrive and they tried to charge "travel time" from their premises to my house.Despite the written concerns below nobody bothered to call me back.Further reason not to use this company!"

We have lived in our 30-year old house for the last 4 years and have used Roy's team on several occasions: installation of two furnaces, installation of a new hot water heater (a big one for a family of 10!), repairs to pipes and drainage from the original build. Roy's service team is terrific! They are quick to respond to phone calls, they come on time and work efficiently, they do thorough work and ensure the customer is happy (and we are really happy to have heat and hot water!) and the prices are very reasonable. Stephenson's Rental Services
I have been consistently let down by Stevensons rental now for years. Every time I try to order a piece of equipment they either don't have it or they say it takes two days to bring in one in reality it takes 3 to 4. This location doesn't understand the concept of customer service. I dealt with the manager Fraser with an issue I was having with a piece of equipment that was broken and he passed me off to someone else as if he didn't care. This place is a disappointment.
