I used to like this doctor, a lot. I never wait and he's straighforward and I'm not am emotional person. I just want answers. Then my daughter had a covid scare and we were tested at Emerg and when I missed the call from AHS, Dr. Davidson refused twice to check Netcare on our behalf, saying we needed to wait up to 10 days before he would check. I find this very cold-hearted and am surprised that during a pandemic he can't be bothered to help his patient.

Do not expect good service form the staff. They have twice misbooked my appointment. I once took the day off work and drove across the city to find out my appointment was not booked. Really??? No even an apology. Another time, the time was wrong. Thankfully, we showed up early and had to wait but again... Lack of professionalism and costumer service. Dr. Davidson seems to be on a very tight schedule.

Dr. Davidson has been seeing my 7yo daughter since she was born. He listens, he's realistic and grounded and is a great doctor for her. Highly recommend!**Update**Today we had to go in for a strep test, and my daughters gag reflex kicked in and she proceeded to vomit all over herself and the exam room. Dr. Davidson was amazing, he sprung into action cleaning her up, and got her to breathe and calm down. He made a stressful situation not seem like a big deal and really took care of my daughter. Highly recommend!

Very unaccommodating, they rebooked our original appointment, tried to call to confirm no one picks up. Missed our appointment and not willing to compromise even when they rebooked our appointment.

I had a terrible experience where my child was not accepted to come see her doctor by receptionist at two occasions. First happened when my baby had 41C fever for 2 days and was told that it wasn’t long enough to see a doctor and second when she would throw up so much and I was told that I can only see a doctor if she wouldn’t be able to breath. I don’t know what receptionist thinks she is but it’s not her call on why I make appointments for my toddler, when that was happening she was a bit over 1 year old. I would never recommend this clinic to my worst enemy

Dr. Davidson was great with my son. Gave me lots of resources to look into, listened to all my concerns and took the time with us. Also the office runs on time! Love that.

Will always get you in the day of if it is an emergency, quick and to the point. Come prepared with your questions, he is quick, but he will always answer anything you ask. He is the only doctor that ever caught my daughters murmur and pushed to follow up on it. Turns out she has congenital heart disease and needs to be monitored until we have to intervene. We owe her life to his diligence.

People need to get over them selves, he is a very good doctor. He gets threw the appointments fairly quick, which is a good thing. Means your baby is healthy and he has no concerns. If you have questions he will always answer them, as long as you ask them. He is very blunt about thing because he wants the parent to understand rather then beating around the bush. Only 1 parent allowed in the room because they are small rooms, not because of covid, it so he the doctors can move around the room more easily. He cares for children and always puts them first. And if your running late they still work with you as long as you give them a heads up, and they still get you in very quick! I love this Dr's office they are truly amazing there.

I would give this pediatrician's office 0 stars, but that's not an option. Anyway...The reception, run by the medical office assistant Koreen, does a TERRIBLE JOB. She blames you whenever there's a problem with the paperwork.Koreen is NEVER CLEAR on what you didn't fill out in the form.So I've been filling out the intake form to get an appointment for my son with Dr. Davidson, but Koreen kept returning it and REFUSED to be specific on what text field I had to check and what I had to fill in.She's not forthcoming, she's unclear, and she's not helpful at all. So this means she's doing very poor customer service.Koreen is the first medical office assistant that I've encountered who won't use a highlighter or a sticky note on the intake form to specifically point out where I'm missing to make a checkmark and where to fill it in.The PDF intake form from Dr. Davidson's pediatric clinic is also not up to date because it's not electronically fillable, and you can't type to fill it out.Koreen will NOT make any highlighting on the paperwork to show where you didn't make a checkmark and where to fill it in. She only tells you to Read the form" and keeps sending it back to your email like a bounced email."
