They came and immediately fixed repairs on an installation job that another company did wrong. The garage was inoperative before but they were quickly fixed it. They literally came within 5 minutes of me giving them a call. Quick, reliable and affordable service.

My house had concrete steps from the previous owner...which had sagged A LOT over the years. I wanted the concrete ones removed and wood stairs put in. Every one i called said they didn't do wood stairs...until i called JCS. I was overjoyed to hear i could finally get these terrible stairs out & nice ones in. While they were here we got to talking about the wood stairs & upkeep on them & decided that no slip vinyl encasing the wood would be the better option since it's basically maintenance free. No staining each summer etc. Best part is that it wasn't that much more price wise so i'd have been crazy to pass up. They did an AMAZING job! Jon, as well as the gentleman he was working with both answered all of my questions in great detail. No rushed answers or work. Super professional. Great quality of work. I will definitely call them in the future for my other big projects.

Je sais que plusieurs personnes se fient beaucoup sur les avis et commentaires pour choisir et prendre une décision pour l’acquisition d’un bien ou d‘un service.Alors, je prends le temps de déposer le mien ici suite à l’achat de ma maison neuve avec l’entrepreneur Construction & Rénovation Pagé.Tout d’abord, pour avoir effectué des recherches durant la pandémie, temps très difficile pour se trouver un entrepreneur qui pouvait entrer dans les délais de livraison de maison ou j’en avais besoin, Pagé a été l’un des seuls seul qui a pu m’accommoder selon mes besoins assez urgents de me retrouver un toit suite à la vente d’une autre maison.Non seulement cet entrepreneur propose de très beaux modèles de maisons, pour ma part, il était important de bien magasiner et choisir mon fournisseur en fonction de la qualité des travaux.Je confirme que ses équipes de travail et sous-traitant travaillent très bien, ils sont très gentils, polis, et courtois.Il y a eu de petites choses à régler ou à ajuster après la livraison, mais pris en charge sans problème par l’entrepreneur. Donc, il honore bien ses garanties de satisfaction et de maison neuve pour les problèmes couvert sur cette garantie.Si vous voulez un bon entrepreneur, qui se base sur la qualité de son produit et non sur la quantité qu’il doit livrer et qui peut prendre en charge votre projet clé en main (ce que je recherchais comme besoin), je vous confirme que c’est l’entrepreneur qu’il vous faut!

My locksmith guy spent two hours and serviced and replaced 3, forty old locks. One on the garage and two door handles. He was very thorough and skillful in making sure that everything including the bolt locks (which He lubed) were working perfectly. He also wanted me to test everything before we signed off on the work order. Recommended!
