Jonathan and the CSDF Construction crew built an amazing 3-leveled patio and spacious shed featuring high quality craftsmanship and expert attention to detail. Jonathan was excellent to communicate with at all stages of the build. He was able to plan and construct a shed that dealt with working around the challenges of a water retaining backyard. Jonathan and his team are professional, friendly and committed to producing exceptional work. Highly recommended!

Jonathan and his team completed the demo and haul away of an old fence and deck, then replaced both. His communication was excellent with any updates and explaining the process as they moved through it.I was excepting to be pleased, but they really did an outstanding job. His attention to details and craftsmanship are absolutely 5 star.Highly recommend.

The attention to details and quality of work is exceptional. When our deck was replaced there were some changes needed as the work began. CSDF discussed why changes were needed, what the options were and the associated costs. This made it much easier to make a decision. The crew was respect of our property and always did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each day.Very pleased with the final product. I highly recommend CSDF.

We chose CSDF (Jonathan and crew) to build our deck and out of a number of quotes we received - are we ever glad we chose them!! We now have an absolutely STUNNING deck built of the most high quality materials and every little details taken into account. Jonathan is not just a builder, he's a craftsman and a PERFECTIONIST. I've never seen a crew so dedicated to their work and willing to accommodate any changes or alterations. Often times, it would be Jonathan who comes back to me and says I was thinking about this all night and what do you think about building this...?" In the end

Jonathan really went above and beyond to build me a beautiful deck. He was very responsive to any questions I had, and the price was very reasonable. It turned out even better than I'd hoped, and the whole process was very smooth. They were able to demolish and take away the old deck, and checked in with me almost daily to see if any adjustments needed to be made. Would definitely recommend Jonathan and his team to anyone considering having a new deck built.

We were provided with a free detailed estimate to start our experience with CSDF. It was easy to read and noted everything we discussed during the consultation. Once the work began it was quite clear that attention to detail is extremely important to this company. We were impressed by the measures taken to ensure the job was done right.
