Fire protection service

Northwest FIS was great! They responded to my request within hours, set up an appointment, arrived with masks and cheerful dispositions, and got the job done efficiently and safely. I was most pleased and would ardently recommend their service. I will sleep better and will certainly wake up tomorrow with my eight new smoke and CO detectors!Many thanks!

They have been a terrible subcontractor. They call and threaten almost daily. If I don’t return their call in 24 hrs they say we don’t answer calls and write negative reviews. They don’t read their contracts and expect something completely different. They don’t trust their clients at all. I suspect they are going bankrupt soon with how aggressive they are. Over the top. Contractors beware. They also don’t update there billing as required and it’s always someone else’s fault when there is an issue as a result. Just wow hire someone else even if you have to pay a little more it will be worth it.

My parents are with API and have been very happy with their service. The staff is amazing and so pleasant and easy to deal with. Always there to answer all your questions. My parents recently upgraded their system and the technician who came out was on time, professional, and precise with his work. He didn't rush when explaining how the new system works, and was so great at answering all their questions. They were very satisfied with everything, and highly recommend API Alarm.

I have been dealing with Fire Protection for installations, service and maintenance of our alarms, fire suppression equipment and emergency lighting at our multiple pub locations in Edmonton since approximately 2004 and have always been happy with their service and pricing.
