My parents are with API and have been very happy with their service. The staff is amazing and so pleasant and easy to deal with. Always there to answer all your questions. My parents recently upgraded their system and the technician who came out was on time, professional, and precise with his work. He didn't rush when explaining how the new system works, and was so great at answering all their questions. They were very satisfied with everything, and highly recommend API Alarm.

I have been dealing with Fire Protection for installations, service and maintenance of our alarms, fire suppression equipment and emergency lighting at our multiple pub locations in Edmonton since approximately 2004 and have always been happy with their service and pricing. We found mr.moen to be very good at explaining how he could supply and install products that would suit our needs.The two technicians that installed were very cautious, courteous and clean. They explained how the system works and I was given a couple of sessions explaining the operation. I have had to call and get answers ( how do I do this and that.) This company is good but the management some people who are working under this company are not good.
