I have had a few experiences with Tanzillo Espresso. Originally I had a machine repaired and the service was top notch. I then purchased a beautiful machine from them and had a bit of learning to do, in order to operate the machine in the beginning. They accepted my phone calls and were patient and enthusiastic when answering my questions and getting me up and running.Since then I have recommended them to friends and they all have the same experience. Top notch company!

Laurence is amazing. He took the time with me to explain what was the issue with my VBM espresso machine. He is very thorough and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He had to redo what another company had fixed" only last year. His pricing was incredibly reasonable. I will only have Laurence work on my machine in the future. I can't recommend him highly enough - if you need your espresso machine fixed Tanzillo Espresso Service is the best."

Laurence is absolutely wonderful! I took my machine in for a general maintenance - he was thorough and delightful. A month or so later I started to have troubles again so I called him. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me - sent me links to see if I could fix the machine on my own. So instead of trying to take the opportunity to earn more money, he supported my on his own time and own dime. I don't know of any business that would do this. Kudos to this wonderful young man and business.

Excellent service and personalized attention. Lawrence repaired our Saeco coffee maker and rented us a machine to continue having a coffee maker at home. If you live in West and North Vancouver it is a very good option for maintenance and repair of Saeco and other brands.

Purchased a Bosco Lever group from Tanzillo - Laurence was great at answering all of my questions. Machine was shipped from Canada to US and arrived in perfect condition. Laurence worked hard to make sure I had everything needed with the machine and I appreciated his level of service. I would certainly purchase from Tanzillo Espresso again.

Laurence of Tanzillo is one of the best people that I've worked with in the coffee industry, to the point that I fly myself from South Carolina to Vancouver in order to have work done or machines purchased. This Kees van der Westen Spirit we picked up from him has been our production espresso machine since February, and its AMAZING!
