I was so happy with the job that Mike the Carpet Guy did on our former home. I called around and Mike’s prices couldn’t be beat — even by places that claim they’ll beat anybody. We needed to replace carpeting before we sold and they not only had great carpet at a great price, but the install was so efficient and well done. They were able to accommodate a short turnaround and were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Mike was out of town when we got our carpet installed and he called me after he got back to make sure everything went great. You won’t be disappointed with Mike the Carpet Guy!

Freedom flooring was so accommodating in our first full carpet replacement they have some of the best prices for literally the best quality flooring our man doing the installation was punctual with the times he arrived at our house and got work done very productively. I suggest the people at freedom flooring if you are looking to replace the floor and need help with removal and installation also product selection! Thank you guys keep up the blessed work! from the time that I walked in the front door and met with Jeff to the time when the last carpet layer left my daycare, I had nothing but the best service. We had a few issues that were discovered when the original carpet was lifted and the work crew went straight to work fixing everything and laying the new carpet tiles. I was given a five day window and they were done in 2.5 days. They also did the work on the weekend so that my daycare children were not affected at all. Cleanup was amazing. Thank you to Jeff, Rob, the 2 Chris's and the rest of the crews that helped make this such a good experience. I dealt with Atlanta several years ago when I purchased hardwood and new kitchen flooring and was very pleased then as well. I will be a loyal customer when the bedrooms need doing..

This was a difficult task as the stain was on a custom made ivory color wool rug. With perseverance and great attention, The Rug Doctor was able to remove the stain! We were thrilled and happy ! When we were in doubt, you reassured us. Thank you for your wonderful service!

They have good customer service and that's it. I shopped here for a few years (2015-2018). When I started looking for alternative quotes, I realized Parkland's prices are about 30 to 45% higher. Even when I showed the sales persons proof that other shops offering lower prices, they did not or could not adjust their prices. I don't even get quotes from Parkland anymore because it is a waste of time. Prices too high. Good showroom and collection though.
