I wanted to replace very old Berber carpet on 2 staircases, and make a 3rd staircase (with bare wooden steps) safer and more comfortable. Rizwan responded to my initial email the same day, and we scheduled an appointment at my home soon after. He showed me many samples, and advised me to install carpet caps on the 3rd staircase using the same carpet as the other 2 stairs. I placed an order, but later that day I had second thoughts on the colour I had selected. I called Rizwan and he canceled the order without hesitation, and returned the next morning with more samples. I chose a different colour and placed the order. Mesut came today with his assistant and completed the installation. They were very professional and did a beautiful job. I am very happy with the result, and the new stairs are incredibly comfortable to walk on.

Excellent experience! Rizwan came promptly to measure our stairs for a runner, and his installer Mark came to do the job within two weeks. The carpet is beautiful, perfectly installed across our landing, and BEYOND comfy. Now our little dog can happily go up and down the stairs. Very reasonably priced too. Thank you!

We have a 14-year old dog who is now having trouble with stairs so we decided to install sisal carpet to give her some grip. We contacted 4 companies and Rizwan from Love Your Stairs was by far the most responsive and professional of the bunch - he responded immediately, came out to survey the job and provided me with an immediate quote. The installer, Mark, was also terrific -- he was friendly, clean and efficient. My older dog is now tearing down the stairs confidently. The stairs look beautiful and really pop! Great experience all around!

I was looking for a company who does stair runners and I emailed several for an inquiry. Rizwan was the first one who responded and accommodated our evening availability. The store had so many designs to choose from and different materials. Rizwan took time to explain everything to us, giving us the best options for our needs. We signed the deal right then and there without checking other providers because he made us feel important and really took care of us. In a matter of weeks we received our lovely runner and was installed within a couple of hours. So glad we went with Rizwan as he delivered just as I expected. Thank you so much Rizwan.
