Doing a home renovation is scary, because who knows if you're being taken advantage of at any point? Thankfully we chose Angie to be our architect and it made everything so much easier. She listened to us and gave us more than we knew we needed, all while being delightful and reassuring throughout the process. On top of the excellent work, the open lines of communication and willingness to answer our questions in a way we understood made it all way less scary.

Angie was prompt, communicative, and knowledgeable. She listened to our needs and provided us with beautiful plans. Even our builders were impressed with the details provided in her drawings! In addition to her architecture credentials, she is also a talented designer; the best of both trades wrapped into one! First time working with a professional architectural firm and appreciated the personalized service that A. Lane Architecture provided. I decided to hire an architect for my kitchen, laundry and master bath remodel to help validate my ideas and bring in new ideas as well. Being able to go over the plans and make changes along the way was very helpful. I had in mind the types of finishes I wanted, but needed someone to bring the space layout to life... which is what A. Lane Architecture did. Easy to work with by email, phone and in-person. Plans turned around quickly.

It's pretty scary when you're 90% into an interior design project, the painters are coming next week, your flooring decision isn't working and you and your spouse have reached decision fatigue. Thankfully, I knew Angie through our kids and have admired her work (and cocktail recipes) through her Instagram account. I sent her a late night plea for help and the next day we had a plan to meet. With a short timeline to make decisions on paint, flooring and a powder-room vanity , Angie listened to our concerns, helped narrow down our existing options and brought a few more choices to the table. Having her expertise and view of our overall home decor, gave us confidence to make informed decisions and meet our contractor deadlines. I recommend Angie without hesitation.

Angie helped me bring tasteful color & design to a very boring beige room! We had an initial consult where she looked at the space (it’s an odd, bilevel living room with multiple ceiling heights), took measurements & we discussed design preferences. She was able to offer 4 different initial designs/layouts & work with some existing furniture & wall color. It was so much easier for me to look at elements of each design, pick & choose my favorites and put them all together in a final look for the room. It took me years to figure out what to do with this odd space, but with Angie’s expertise, it was simple & fast. I love my new room!

Angie was incredible to work with!! We really put her to the task with a large project on an incredibly short deadline. She exceeded all of our expectations and I would recommend her to anyone.
