I had the pleasure of meeting Matt Campbell nearly a year ago when I was looking to purchase my first home. From my very first contact with Matt on the phone I knew he was going to be the agent that would find me my new place and I also had the feeling that he was not your average realtor. He would go above and beyond always thinking of me the client and he helped to put me at ease at a time when so much was uncertain not just in the housing market but also for me personally. When we started searching for a home in the middle of a crazy market, we had no idea where to look. While I thought searching a home is easy and I could do it myself, I quickly realised I can't. Matt is easy to work with and went above and beyond for us. He was always punctual. He even spent a lot of his own time and that of a contractor to help prep our house. Not only did he work super hard for us, with zero pressure, he offered great insight into the construction of homes and neighbourhood history. He seemed to be having fun showing us around - what a great guy! He has an incredibly kind and candid personality and he is super knowledgeable all around.
