Stood at front for check in for about 10 minutes before anybody came, was just about to call but they showed up.. room was not clean at all. Stains in the sheets and blankets and pillow cases (or maybe just dirty) stains on floors ... wires exposed at all outlets that were over full. Exposed cable wires... paper thin walls.. could hear people talk outside... could hear the people beside us... (their shower, talking, sneezing, xxx, tv..) beds were pretty hard, but doable I'm sure for some possibly comfortable for some.. I will say it's a very good chance I will not be back... but... price was cheapest as when looking for a room.... but as the saying goes.. you get what you pay for. Also when booking I guess it automatically put 2 people in which I didn't notice so had to pay extra as we had a 3rd person , even though it was the Same room . The guy working was semi pleasant and no we didn't bring up any of the issues to give chance to fix or not fix

I stayed her for about 20 nights during my school year. The staff was great, always helpful! The price is very good and they were the only place i found that didn't need a credit card to book. The hotel itself needs a major facelife, especially the carpets, couches and drapes. I never had any issues for any of my visits and was usually able to book the room I liked most. If you don't need anything fancy this place is perfect

Do not know service dog laws. I got there and they immediately told me there was a 25$ “pet fee” (my service dog is medical equipment, NOT a pet) and then asked for a license and registration (does not exist in Ontario). Tried to show him my doctors note (all that is required) and the laws but ended up having to get the police involved to get a room. He was also incredibly rude to me the entire time, raising his voice, rolling his eyes at me, throwing his arms around. The room was fine, but that caused my disability to flair up.

Excellent motel in the City of Kingston great value price for every commuter and business travellers. Staff is great at service and the rooms are pretty good and clean.

I went to Kingston for only one night and I found this place with good prices. They are in renovations, and they offered me one of the renovated rooms. They have done an amazing job and it was so confortable. I recommend to give them a chance.

This hotel is run down and filthy. The first room we had was so dirty. Stains on the sheets, dusty and dirty. Bathroom was horrible, dirty tub and sink. The staff changed our rooms. The next room was not as dirty but there were stains on the chair and the comforters. There was no ice. We complained and one of the staff went to the gas station to get us some. The beds were so uncomfortable that we left during the night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Overpriced and run down.

Check in at 9:30pm for 2 people @$150.Room was clean. Bed could be firmerFridge, desk, TV, loveseat. Bathroom was decent. Towels could be quite a bit more softer, so dry off slowly. I counted 6 train crossings from 10pm until 7am. Breakfast listed but absolutely not true. Have a cup of Real Joe provided in room.

Do not stay here. After a long day at the hospital due to family emergency we came in ready for rest, turned down our bed to find a bug- at first I gave benefit of the doubt and thought it was a small beetle. My husband accidentally dropped it and we couldn’t find it. We did a full inspection of the bed and saw no real signs. We thought maybe we were over thinking it and almost gave up. Then on the other bed, we saw another one and it was definitely a bed bug! It was big too! We took it in a cup to front desk and demanded a refund which was issued with no fight. We did noticed a towel rolled up along the bottom of the door across the hall- in retrospect, my guess would be fumigation. I hate complaining and leaving bad reviews, but I feel that we needed to warn travellers of this. After the stress of a family emergency, the last thing we needed was to find bed bugs. I need to say the front desk guy did not seem surprised either.

I had quite the negative experience here. We were greeted by a not so friendly face, he seemed annoyed and angry right off the bat. got into our room, did a check around to make sure everything looked good. went to bed. woke up, gathered our things and went to check out and collect our security deposit. we were accused of forcefully opening the door and breaking the door stop, which was completely untrue, we believe the employee was the one who broke the door or it was already loose. there is another review that had this issue not so long ago. we were unable to recover our deposit. very frustrating and disappointing. Tried to talk to a manager, there was nobody around. called back later and still not able to speak to a manager. was informed that we would receive a call, nothing. not to mention the beds are rock solid, and pillows unusually small. what was meant to be a 150$ stay, turned into 350$. expedia does not mention said deposit.

Phenomenal hotel with great, friendly owners! The rooms were cozy and had great washrooms. I enjoyed having a deep conversation with the owners about their son and their extraordinary stories. Great price compared to the other hotels nearby.
