Unprofessional, rude and doesn't call back, when messages left

I have used Jan before and had a great experience as per my review below,We had Jan complete the close of our property and it was very complicated with a few mistakes. (not on her end). She worked hard and did everything in her power to ensure there was no delays in closing. I would highly recommend her. Thanks again Jan. Sept 2021So I reached out to Jan and Janet for another property. She said she should be able to fit us in. We had over 2 months. I called Janet left messages with no answer, I emailed 4 times with no answer. With about a month to go I could not wait any longer so I pulled it and went somewhere else. I am not sure why they could not respond if they no longer wanted to do the work. Oct 2022I now understand why other comments on the review about their poor communication.I changed to a 3 star because my first experience was a 5 star and the second experience was a 1 star. Average out 3 star.I will not be using Jan in the future unfortunately

Worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer. The staff is completely incompetent and everyone was very rude.

How can the website say three stars????We could at least talk to the office assistant but just try to get some communication with the lawyer - good luck.After talking to the office we were told a call would be coming in two hours. Well, no phone call and silly us waited twelve days trying to make an appointment and some kind of communication but nothing even to this day which is now nineteen days.Certainly don't recommend this company unless you have lots of time.

Very rude and unhelpful lawyer......She'll keep you in her office while reading documents and not listening to your verbal information. After taking time from your day she (at premium rate) she will tell you that you should see another lawyer because she can't litigate it......etc., etc., etc....
