Omg I can't believe how nasty the lady was with me today! It was horrible! I will never step foot in this place again. If you have elderly or disabled family, I would NEVER recommend this place. Didn't get her name, I just walked out! Long dark hair about 55 yrs old and just aweful!!

Thank you to the front staff for letting me wait 2 hours for a walk in appointment that never happened! I sat there from 11am today until 12:30pm waiting to be seen for flu like symptoms that I have been suffering with for 2 weeks. I sat there patiently waiting my turn while the entire clinic cleared out, even patients that checked in long after me. After watching so many people go ahead of me that were also their first time, I had enough and walked out. No one from your office bothered to call to check in as to why I left in the first place! I do not know how your office triages, I happen to work at a medical clinic and it is always first come first serve even with an appointment). You are not a hospital so I do not see why it would be any other way. Poorly managed clinic, cherry picking patients is not an ethical way to service your community. Second visit today, will be my last.

I had been looking for a family doctor since 2018 but had no luck. Dr David Bouls accepted me as a patient and he was really kind. He asked me many questions and then he said he was very happy to be my doctor. The place is very nice and my experience with the receptionist was good. Thanks Dr. Bouls. We need more doctors with your kindness.

Amanda and Shannon were helpful, but the woman claiming to be the MANAGER or HEAD was really unfriendly and shouted at me during my phone interaction. I'm requesting assistance and information on the appointment and check-up details. They even canceled my appointment on the day of my check-up. Avoid this clinic so you don't get mistreated.

The front staff was so friendly and Dr. Bouls was wonderful! We waited less than 15 minutes and left with our diagnosis and road to recovery in hand. Thank you!

I signed a new patient form and was told to expect a call to book a appointment to meet the doctor. No call after several weeks. Attempted to call multiple times, left 2 voicemails. Still no return call. Not sure why they're accepting new patients if they can't return a phone call or book me in for 10 minute appointment.

Dr. Mays is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. HIGHLY recommend.

As a patient who requires medical care, this clinic undertakes no moral or ethical responsibility to care for their patient. Their only objective is to establish a practice, and not be concerned about how they deal with the actual underlying issue - which is patient care.I was told in April by a call taker that I would need 10 business days to arrange a meet and greet appointment with a doctor, which later I learnt was incorrectly mentioned. It is now June and the clinic is unable to yet tell me if they will accept me as a patient.I have recently moved from a different province and since my doctor back home isn’t able to continue treatment for me, I am left helpless and without any medical care and the call taker still do not have the decency to understand that their patients need doctors, not legal statements about how busy they are. If you can’t help me, tell me right away.Thank you!

I had the MOST RACIST experience in all of my times of ever going to a dr in my Canadian life..I reached within a reasonable time for mine and my babies appointment..when i arrived the first receptionist told me she’s doing something on the computer if I can sit down, then a second receptionist who stated she was the “manager” came out of nowhere and said I have to reschedule because I “was late” i said I wasn’t the first receptionist told me to have a seat, then she argued that I was 10 minutes late and they have a rule against being 10 minutes late, although every time I came after the first I came around 5 minutes late because they’re NEVER on time, then she said she would “have to see” if the first receptionist told her that I was told to sit down, then came back and said Dr Maiz marked me late after I was no show no show for 14 minutes? I was like no ma’am that not true she asked to reschedule and I stated that that was unfair because I have concussions and this appointment was very important to receive a prescription she then said they are behind schedule i was like hugh?? Which one is it am I “late” or you behind in schedule I asked her if I can see the dr then since I booked 2 appointments one for my baby and one for me she said “neither” of us could see the dr because I wasn’t booked but I was! I told her that I think she booked me for the appointment because I remember the person having an accent and she said “that was rude”???? I then told her she is very racist and this isn’t fair she then began to referring to me as “sweety” and said I can speak to the dr in an hour after all that??? I asked her why I wasn’t offered that in the first place then she stated that I can now, by then Dr Maiz walks to the front with a angry face I asked if I can speak to her she said no because she is “behind” in clients and her tone and facial expression was EXTREMELY different from when I met her the first time it was so weird but anyways I would never go there and I asked them to close my file and the “manager” said she can’t do that…Very suspicious behaviour in this clinicThank God I’m educated
