Timeless Wood Floors

We absolutely love our Timeless Wood floors. We have about 1100 square feet of the Skaha colour from the Okanagan Collection installed in our home.We installed them about 2 years ago, we have 3 kids and 2 dogs.They have stood up very well to the wear and tear off our busy household.Highly recommend purchasing Timeless!

Having worked with Timeless Wood Floors on two separate residential projects of ours over the last few years, I can say both were great experiences! Everything from their pricing, quality of materials and just overall attentiveness when helping us select the perfect floor, was top notch. Have recommended to our family and friends, we'll definitely be working with them should the next project present itself!

Regretting purchasing the engineered hardwood based on colour over quality. We installed the Oak Woodford flooring in November 2021, and the veneer is peeling off several of the boards. We have no kids or pets, so there is no issue with traffic or moisture.The boxes come with a big generic ‘made in China stamp’, which tells me this could be a cheap rebrand product. When you open the boxes you get at least 5% faulty or crooked boards, making it challenging to lay boards. We chose a modern light oak colour, and some of the boards are a deep chocolate brown, or really ugly swirl patterns, making it impossible to arrange them in a nice pattern.It pains me that we have another 900sq feet left to install on the 2nd level of our home. This stuff is not going to last 5 years.[Update] may 2022: okay, we have installed roughly 1500 square feet of flooring now, and I would say the amount of unsightly boards are closer to 40%. Again, we chose a light blonde sample and there are more boards that are brown and have unsightly swirls on them. If we chose to exchange a few packs with the store, we would probably end up with the same problem. 1/10 boxes have nice smooth textured boards in the right colour.Due to the strong oak grains in the boards, there are chips that appear out of nowhere that need to be glued down regularly. Because of the large dimensions of the boards, they need to be glued and nailed/stapled… so it is not as easy to replace boards here and there.My fault for selecting floor at $6/sq foot. I would splurge and spend over $10 next time to ensure quality.

I had my floors installed Dec 2022. Within two months, I had significant chipping and splintering. Nearly every board has damage - some chips are over three inches long. I’ve reached out to timeless wood floors on two occasions. Their solution was for me to review proper cleaning instructions and humidity levels. I am beyond disappointed with my floors. I had a customs home builder pop into my home - said he’d never seen such poor quality of engineered hardwood in his 30 years of home building. Do not purchase - I’ve shed tears over these floors.
