This is a great place! I took my sons bike and he tightened everything and fixed it for a good price. Wait was not long at all and he was very professional and nice. I highly recommend to anyone and we will be back!

Nobody could/nor wanted to help me build wheels with a new hub I had bought for my bike. Considering the pandemic, I was ready to give up for the season until I called Brandon as a referral from a friend. He immediately went to work and found spokes and wheels to suit my needs. He had to order everything and gave me regular updates on the progress and expected waiting times along the way. Needless to say, he got everything built and ready in a very timely manner. Now I am out enjoying the rest of the riding season and the bike performs flawlessly. I'm thrilled with the service and will be a lifelong customer from this point on!

I had a great experience at Inception with Brandon. Everything about the process was seamless, the online booking system, drop-off and pick-up and the ability to pay my invoice online was a unique experience. The customer service I received from Brandon was also second to none, he explained everything in a way that I could easily understand, he was fully transparent about the work he did on the bike and was super friendly. Definitely will be back for all bike repairs and tune ups.

I bought a frame online from Brandon at Inception. It was shipped to me quickly, at a fair price and beautiful packaged. Brandon answered all my questions and gave my tips for suspension set up. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you.

Awesome. Quick repair on my tire and good advice on how to prevent future issues with my inner tube. Also open till 8pm is great since I usually can't get out until after 5.30 and most places close at 6pm. Back in the saddle after a year +.

Great shop. Highly recommended! Brandon is very professional to work with. Knows how to listen to customer’s concerns & needs. Other shops said my bike cannot be upgraded (didn’t even bother to try) but Inception made it all possible.

I had called most bike shops and box stores from Grimsby to St.Catharines looking for 16 white tires for my daughters bike and Inception Cyclery had them in stock

After following on social media for a year or two, now, I finally decided to bring my bike in and shows the 24 hour turnaround time tune up.Drop off was super easy. I told him what I wanted on the bike and any issues that I had.The work was done before 24 hours, got emailed a description of the work he did, and any suggestions/upcoming replacements that I will need on my bicycle, which I appreciate.He got my bike riding better than when I first bought it , I couldn’t believe how smooth the gears changed!The main thing I mentioned when I went in, was I wanted my bike to be silent, other than the tires rubbing on the ground , and that is exactly what I got!I will definitely be back again next season to replace those parts he suggested!10/10.
