Way over priced for what this services entails. I paid over $300 for the technician to essentially provide me with the commercial grade rodent poison. The admin also did not meet expectations: I was expected to pay upfront before any work was conducted, I was not given a receipt, and with the service I selected, a second visit was included however I had to follow up 3 times to schedule it. Would not recommend.

Elliott has been servicing our business for many years and I can't recommend him enough! Our business is in an old part of town where rodents can be an issue, but this company is proactive so we don't have issues. Excellent customer service & professionalism. Highly recommend!

Russel Metals uses Rentokil at our facility to control mice and rats. The employee Patrick O'Reilly is our inspector and he is great at his job! He always informs me if any of the traps have been eaten, pest captured, and what he is going to do during that visits. He always checks in before and after to ensure everything that is required of him is addressed. I have not met anyone who is more through, motivated, and positive. He is a joy to have complete these inspections for us and I hope always stays our Rentokil contact. Thank you Patrick for your as always, great job.
