Bought a Eureka shelter with screen in 2003. We’ve used it extensively for many years while back country canoe camping. This year the zipper started to open after it was closed. Called Johnson and spoke to Maureen. Sent it in the mail. The slider was replaced at no charge and my screen was returned. All this was done within 2 weeks.Excellent customer service . We had no expectations because the screen is 18 years old.We are so appreciative and thrilled to have our screen back so quickly and ready to use for this years trip.

We purchased a Eureka Bon Echo Tour 600, about 5 years ago. We loved it so much, we ended up splurging on a Eureka Northern Breeze 12 last year as our dining tent. We are faithful Eureka consumers and will always vouch for the products!! Unfortunately, our Bon Echo fell victim to a rogue stick that punctured the fly just as my boyfriend was about to tear down on one of his trips this past summer.I called across Niagara region to find where to repair it and I was not satisfied with the answers I got. On a whim, I called Johnson Outdoors to see if they did repairs. The lady who I spoke to regrettably informed me that they did not anymore, but she recommended Tenacious Tape and personally vouched for it. She even tried looking in to seeing if there was just a new fly that we could purchase, but there was not. So, on her advice, we ordered some rolls of Tenacious Tape and it held up amazing!! Through some heavy rain and wind, nothing got through. Thank you to the woman working there who suggested it!! I'm sorry I can't remember your name. Will definitely keep purchasing Eureka for years to come!!

We had a regulator failure on our Jetboil Genesis. I emailed Johnson about it. They covered the item and shipped a new part immediately: and when I say immediately I mean I emailed on a Sunday and they processed it Monday morning by 9:30. Christine was excellent. Thanks.

i contacted them recently about getting a pin/ring for our Eureka tent . Without having all the pin/rings you cannot pitch the tent. Their response blew me away! Send me your address and I will send you one" A week later the pin/ring arrived in the mail! The tent is saved. What great customer service!"

We had an issue with one of the zippers on our Eureka tent. I emailed them and they replaced the whole inner shell no questions asked. Thanks Dino for all your help, it was very much appreciated.

I was very surprised and pleased with the service that I received when I took a shock corded support in to be repaired at the Burlington facility. My Eureka tent is at least 20 to 25 years old with a fibreglass support system but still in good condition. One of the sections was damaged. Johnson replaced the complete fibreglass support consisting of a number of units with an all aluminum support. It's been a few years but I think that I paid less than $20.00. Very pleasant service person and I feel guilty about not having written sooner about her and can only hope that she is still gainfully employed by Johnson.Great product and great repair service at a most reasonable price.

Always appreciated the Eureka brand, I use it for many years and products are always very good. Recently i needed to fix some zippers and poles on an old tent that is still in good shape. So i learnt that their customer service is even better than the products. Thank you Marleen!

I purchased a new barrel harness for my barrel as my old one was done after many years of canoe tripping. The new one lasted exactly 2 days before it ripped. When I called Johnson outdoors, I was told there was nothing that could be done as they decided they are no longer carrying the product as canoe tripping barrels are not something in demand in the United States and that they are now discontinued. They told me that it was up to me and that I should go find someone who knows how to sew and get it fixed. I'm not impressed with the quality of the product or the service on the other end. In the future I'll stick with some of the more reliable and trusted brands who stand by their canoe tripping products.
