City of Regina | Arenas & Outdoor Skating Rinks | The City maintains and operates eight indoor arenas, over 50 outdoor skating rinks and six shinny sites. Arenas are open for public skating from September to March. The outdoor ice season is weather dependant. Outdoor skating rinks typically operate from mid-December to mid-February.

Handy to where I live and is kept up pretty well. My kids skate and play hockey here so I recommend it.

Local and inexpensive, it's good for an afternoon skate but lacks any services (e.g. hot chocolate, etc.) that could draw more people. Any takers?

Nice ice. I was pleasantly surprised at the skate. They have free public skating on Monday and Thursday as well. Not sure of it happens every year but a lot easier on the pocket book. It sure beats skating outside in the middle of winter and they Zamboni the ice before every skate. It's a great place to take kids who are learning.
