TruCare Medical Clinic and Pharmacy

We visited Dr Paria Kashani for our twins. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She patiently explained everything to us in details and answered all our questions without rushing us. The clinic was clean and the front desk staff were professional as well. I strongly recommend Dr Kashani.

Dr. Davoudpour has been my GP for more than 3 years, and am very happy and satisfied with his service to me and my family, he is a very pleasant, kind, and patient in treating us.On the other hand, front desk attitude is not pleasant when checking-in. As per for my experience, I was late to my appointment for 10 minutes, but her behaviour towards it was not pleasant. As a person who works in the same field and managing a busy clinic, I found her attitude to be unprofessional and disturbing.

Dr. Davoud Pour is an exceptional family doctor, providing compassionate care and demonstrating deep expertise in his field. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking top-notch medical attention

Sarang has been a major disappointment as a doctor, both in Canada and in his home country, Iran. It's concerning that Canada continues to allow people like him to practice medicine. If he is your family doctor, I strongly suggest finding someone else for your own well-being.His behavior and medical knowledge are severely lacking.

Dr Davoudpour is our family physician since early 2019. Myself, my little son and my wife are under his overarching caring support. He is knowledgeable and experienced doctor. I never seen other physician I had earlier in Canada call the patient and follow up their health conditions. Finding him in this clinic is easier and more comfortable for me and my family. I highly recommend him, overall I am happy with his service and I prefer Trucare clinic to have an appointment with him.

HORRIBLE experience, and its not the first time this has happened. Front desk is rather rude, and has miscommunicated appointment times on more than one occasion. They don't get back to their phone calls/missed messages yet claim they have. While the GP is knowledgable and great, front desk does not take patient time or health seriously. Would recommend finding another clinic.

If I could give negative stars I would. Can NEVER reach anybody. Books phone appointment then doesn’t bother to make them. Pharmacy & patient will literally call for weeks and never get a call back for repeats on meds & doesn’t seem to be a concern to them when you run out completely. Reception blames the doctor, doctor blames the reception staff; it’s a 3 ring circus. Finally got a call back (in 10 minutes I might add) after threatening to report him to the medical Licensing board. What a disgrace. Searching for a new clinic for my entire family. This place should be shut down.

Very organized medical clinic. I recently started going here and I’ve never been happier with a family doctor. Their pharmacy is also quick and responsive. I’ve also done a few walk ins and never had to wait more than 30 minutes. Overall this facility is not comparable to all the other ones I’ve been to. 10/10

This 1 star (read zero star) is for office staff (reception, front desk). My family doctor is Dr Davoudpour and he is a great family physician, very professional and yet friendly however the office staff is MINUS 5 star. They never pick up the phone and never call you back after you leave a message (their voice mail says they will get back to you within 48 hours, what a joke...). I have been waiting for a referral for 7 months now. Dr Davoudpour printed the referral sheet in front of me and gave it to her receptionist. I have called the specialist office several times and they have never received it; on the other hand i have left 5 messages for TruCare clinic over the past 3 months and NEVER got a response!Dr Davoudpour, do all your patients a favor and either change your office staff or move to a professional clinic!I am unfortunately looking to change my FP and I recommend all readers look elsewhere.

I highly recommend Dr Davoudpour. He is an amazing, empathetic and caring doctor. He takes care my entire family and he makes us all feel very comfortable. He's very kind and extremely thorough! Overall definitely recommend going to him if you're looking for a family doctor.
